Booking
How do I book you?
Send us the date, venue, guest numbers and what you have in mind using the enquiry form, by email or on WhatsApp. We come back with acts, kit, crew and a price.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Tell us your date and we will confirm availability straight away.
Do you travel outside London?
Yes. We work across the UK and Ireland and abroad, from Glasgow to the Maldives, Las Vegas, New York and Montreal.
Can you package acts, rigging and kit together?
Yes. Because the performers, riggers, kit and winches are all ours, a combined package usually costs a lot less than booking each part separately.
What events do you do?
Corporate parties, award ceremonies, brand launches, weddings, birthdays, private parties, festivals, club nights, theatre and film.

Who is Lucius?
Lucius is the stage name of our founder, Luke Trentham Shaw. He performs as two characters: Lucius Grey, dark and seductive, and The Rocker, a fast, cheeky rock and roll king.
Do you do duets?
Yes. Lucius performs duets with Emma Cat on aerial straps, with Mr Smith on straps and acro, and with Sadiq Ali on the Aerial Lamp Post.
Can you create an act just for our event?
Yes. We create bespoke acts, choreography and full productions around your theme, music and venue.
Can acts be performed to live music?
Yes. Acts can be set to your band, DJ or a live orchestra.

Rigging and safety
Do you provide RAMS?
Yes, for every job. We have had RAMS for elevated steel deck performance platforms signed off by Westminster and Islington councils.
Is your equipment inspected?
Yes. We carry out LOLER and PPE inspections, and our performer flying winches are built for the job.
Are your riggers qualified?
Our lead rigger holds IRATA certification, PFPE inspector and anchor bolt installation and testing qualifications, and IPAF.
Are you insured?
Yes. Ask and we will email our insurance details with your quote.
What if the venue has no rigging points?
We bring freestanding aerial rigs, or install truss or permanent anchor points into concrete, steel beams or truss.
Do you inspect circus studios?
Yes. We inspect aerial and circus studios every six months, including equipment and anchor points.
Flying and hire
Can we dry hire a winch?
No. Our winches always go out with our own operator. Freestanding rigs can be dry hired.
Do you fly actors as well as aerialists?
Yes. We fly actors for theatre and screen as well as aerialists for events.
What can we hire?
Performer flying winches, tripod and freestanding aerial rigs, swing sets, a freestanding pole, a lollipop lyra and truss. Hire is quote on request.
Studio and classes
Do I need experience?
No. All levels are welcome.
Where are classes?
At our studio inside Madam Lola's, Brighton. Tuesday group classes start in January 2027. London group classes are on hold until 2027.
Do you do private sessions?
Yes. One to one and two to one coaching in aerial straps, handstands and personal training.
Can you coach at home or for a team?
Yes. We run at-home rig parties for kids, teens and adults, and team-building sessions.
